Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original gallery-grade packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture items through our support team.
